- All our repair services include in the price the shipping costs for pick up and delivery of the package.
- If a GPS collar or other device cannot be repaired, it will be returned applying a shipping cost of 15 euros for collection and 15 euros for return, total 30 euros.
- The next (working) day after receiving the payment, our carrier will pick up the package, and in 7-10 working days you should receive your necklace back.
